EXECUTIVE TEAM

Ron is the President and founding partner of CGL Electronic Security, founded in 1998, and is primarily responsible for the strategic growth and overall direction of CGL Technologies’. Ron received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston. He is a proven expert in Integrated Security Systems, having practiced as an Applications Engineer for several years. Before founding CGL, Ron spent five years as the Northeast Regional Sales Manager for Software House.

Tony is the Chief Operating Officer of CGL Electronic Security, since 2007, and is responsible for the overall management, service, and administration of CGL Technologies’ local ownership teams. Before joining CGL Tony was the Regional Director of Delivery Center Operations for OfficeMax where he worked for 15 years. During this time, he held the position of Delivery Center Operations Manager before being rapidly promoted to Regional Director in 1997. Tony’s day-to-day responsibilities included overseeing 7 Delivery Centers, 200 million in annual expenses, 700 associates, and a fleet of 350 delivery vehicles.

Chris is the Executive Vice President of CGL Electronics Security and Principal of CGL Technologies of Pennsylvania as of January 2022. With more than 40 years of experience in the electronic security industry, he is considered an industry expert and is often consulted by manufacturers and industry colleagues. With humble beginnings as an installation service technician at Holmes Electric Protection Company, he has a broad range of knowledge in many aspects of the industry. He worked at Guardian Protection Services in the sales department as an executive and then as a manager for 15+ years. In 2000, he co-founded and served as Executive Vice President for InterTech Security.

His managerial skills combined with his consultive sales expertise and his technical ability in designing integrated systems enabled him to grow the business from less than one million dollars to over forty-one million dollars in annual revenue. He is a licensed compliance officer in over ten states, including Texas, Maryland, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia. He has been a partner of Security Net for several years and has even served as a member of their Executive Committee. In 2022, he joined the team at CGL to expand service to western Pennsylvania and the tristate area.

Chris is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hiking, fishing, hunting, and camping. If you don’t find him in the woods or on a lake, you’ll find him on the golf course or cruising down the road in one of his antique cars. Chris is the father of three beautiful, smart, and witty daughters who are the absolute light of his life. Although they are all grown, he always enjoys spending quality time with them and continues to nurture their passions
